The 4 day educational& heritage tour package includes visit to the important World Heritage Sites of Nepal. The students will be taken on visit to the artistic historical palaces, temples, monasteries, museums and they will get a chance to learn about the art and architecture of ancient time. They will observe how beautifully the Hindu temples and shrines are sculptured and carved in the Kathmandu Valley. The exquisite calligraphy and carvings on amazing works of art, skill of painters and artists who created mural and images will fill the minds of the students.

Board the flight from New Delhi airport. On arrival at Tribhuvan airport Kathmandu, students will be transferred to the hotel.
After freshen up students will be briefed about the whole program. Students can get familiar with the surroundings, rest or take a short stroll down the road. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

In the morning after breakfast students will be taken on a guided tour of Kathmandu which includes visit to the Boudhanath Stupa, The Buddhist site belonging to the Vajrayana sect of Buddhism and revered by all. After Boudhanath, we head to the temple of Pashupati Nath. Pashupati means “Lord of the Beasts”. This temple is considered the holiest of all temples in Nepal and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Later proceed for Swayambhunath- the most ancient and enigmatic of the Valley’s holy shrines. The golden-spired stupa of Swayambhunath tops a wooded hillock. Records of its history date as far as the 5th century, but its origins are believed to be older. Then students will visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square. The monuments at Durbar Square belong to the Malla Kings of 12th Century.Probably the most famous building here is the Kumari Bahal, a building richly decorated with beautiful woodcarvings, which is home to the Royal Kumari, the Living Goddess, a manifestation of the great goddess Durga.
In the evening return back to hotel for dinner & night stay.

Post breakfast students will be taken to the ancient city of Patan which lies southeast of Kathmandu. This city was once an independent Newar Kingdom and is renowned for its supreme traditional crafts and rich artistic heritage. The city of Patan is encircled by 4 Stupas built by emperor Ashoka of India about 2,250 years ago. The main attraction of Patan is its Durbar Square. The square holds many temples and a giant palace which has been converted into a museum.
In the afternoon students will be driven to the east of Kathmandu towards the ancient city of Bhaktpur. The Bhaktpur Durbar Square is a perfect place to experience the glory days of the kingdom of Bhaktpur. The entrance to the Durbar Square is through a golden gate which is decorated by carvings dedicated to various Hindu Gods. Bhaktpur has myriad medieval monuments like the Nyatapola, which is a five storey temple. In the evening students will return back to Kathmandu. Dinner & night stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
After having breakfast at the hotel, students will be transferred to the Kathmandu airport for the return journey.
